Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Processing times may be slightly longer during sales, holidays and peak periods.


Shipping Within NSW

We offer fast and reliable shipping across New South Wales.

Standard delivery times in NSW are usually 2 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Metro areas such as Sydney, Parramatta, Liverpool and surrounding suburbs may receive orders sooner.
Regional and rural areas may require a few extra days.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We ship to all states and territories across Australia.

Typical delivery estimates:

NSW: 2 to 7 business days
QLD and VIC: 3 to 10 business days
SA and TAS: 4 to 12 business days
WA and NT: 7 to 14 business days

Tracking Your Order

All orders come with tracking.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

If your tracking has not updated after several days, please contact us and we can assist.


Delays and Delivery Issues

carrier delays, weather events, peak periods or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Yumosh is not responsible for delays, lost parcels or missed deliveries.
If you need help, you can still reach out and we will assist where possible.


Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for parcels delivered incorrectly.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.


Damaged or Missing Items

If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can fix the issue immediately.
