Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day refund or exchange from the day your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original vacuum-sealed packaging. Once the vacuum seal has been opened or removed, the item is no longer eligible for return unless it is faulty.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
